Tait's Climbing The Ladder

Tait was promoted to an electrical engineering supervisor on February 11th! I didn't think his head was going to fit through the door when he came home from work that day. I'm kidding, I think I was more excited than he was. SRP has been so great to work for, I can't imagine Tait working for anyone else. Just when we think he can't be any happier with his job, something else comes along and it gets even better. It makes me so happy that Tait enjoys going to work everyday, and I'm even happier when he comes home with the money.

Valentine's Day was fun. The kids had parties at school, and I added red food coloring to everything they ate for the day. I think our family had more sugar on Valentine's than they did for Halloween. Tait wrote me the most beautiful card. He listed all of the things that he appreciates about me. It was two pages long! He's the best. My roses still look beautiful and he gave them to me 12 days ago.

I had Tanner's parent teacher conference last week. He is doing very well. He received all A's and O's except for his penmanship while writing his numbers. He is doing so well in math that his kindergarten teacher suggested that I send a math workbook to school so that he has something to work on while the other children are finishing up their math problems. Tanner loved this idea.

Tait got the result back from his sleep study. He was diagnosed with sleep apnea. The doctor said that he stops breathing 90 times in a hour while he is sleeping, and Tait's oxygen levels drop down to 80%. Scary! Maybe I should up his life insurance policy again...if I can.

All in all, everyone is doing well.

Parker wouldn't stop yelling in the house, so I taped his mouth shut. Is this bad?
