Tanner starts school next week. I don't know who is more excited, him or I. He is sure ready to get into a classroom and have his brain challenged. This summer we have read a ton of fun books, so I think now he finally appreciates them. I just need to get him motivated and disciplined enough to start reading on his own. I'm excited to see how much he will progress this year with his academics.
Swim lessons ended this week. The kids loved their lessons and so did I. The pool is only a couple of miles away, the cost was not too much, and Hunter and I could sit in the shade while waiting for the boys. Each day while Hunter and I were waiting he had a game of hiding my car keys in one of the lockers on the pool deck. So when it was time to leave I had to open about 20 lockers before I could find my keys.
On Saturday I went to the gym with the goal of walking 10 miles on the treadmill. However, after 8 I thought I was going to die. I'm training to walk in the Breast Cancer 3-Day which is a 60 mile walk over 3 days. I sure have a long way to go before I'm ready to participate. The walk is the first weekend of November. My address to my Breast Cancer 3-Day site is www.the3day.org/Arizona07/heidiwillis.
The rest of the day we spent at Tait's parent's home. The kids love swimming in their pool!
I have added some pictures that Uncle Justin took of the kids last weekend while at their grandparents home.

Paulette told us about these pictures and I cannot believe how well they turned out. How fun! I am so glad you have a blog too, so that I can see those beautiful boys of yours.
