My dad's cousin Lila passed away this week. She was 79 years old and lived in Iowa, but traveled everywhere she could. Some of the memories that I have of her is when Lila and I took a week long Caribbean cruise together, when she and her husband would come up to the cabin in Big Bear, when I went to visit her in Iowa, and just fun memories when she would visit my grandma's home. Lila's brother is a snowbird here in Arizona, so she would make the trip out here about every other year. The last time I was able to see her was just a few months ago when she spent the day with our family. I'm so glad that the children will have memories of her.

The last couple of weeks I haven't been feeling well, I can't remember if I wrote about it, but I had an awful headache for 5 days! Anyway, long story short I let my chores get behind and boy did I have to pay for it this week. I took this picture after I was about half way completed with the laundry.
Tait's family came over for dinner last night and to celebrate Mother's Day, (although she brought her own Mother's Day cake). We had homemade pizza for dinner, yummy!

We took this picture last night. Hunter refused to sit with us. I love my family.
