Today I heard Tanner singing, "Mama and Dada sitting in the tree. k-i-s-s-i-n-p, (he replaced the g with a p) 1st comes love, 2nd comes comes marriage then comes a baby in a baby carriage." I told him that he needs to replace the "p" with a "g", and change "a baby" to "3 babies". He is growing up.
On Friday Parker's friend/next door neighbor had his birthday party. Parker was so excited! All day long he asked, "When can I go to the party?" Finally at 4:30 I took him next door and he was the happiest boy in all of Queen Creek. I asked my neighbors if I could pick Parker up on Saturday but they insisted that I return in 2 hours. Can't blame me for trying.
Saturday, Tanner and Parker had soccer games and they both did terrific! Tanner shot 2 goals! I was so proud of him. Parker played his little heart out. It was over 100 degrees on Saturday and Parker was playing like it was 70 degrees out. His little face was so red, and he sweat so much it looked like someone took the hose to him. Later that day we went to a ward party. It was held outdoors so we only stayed for a while. After the party Tait took Parker and Hunter over to his parent's home. Tait's parents are planning on moving so Tait came home with a car load of stuff that his parent's can't take with them when they move.
I didn't say anything in my last post but we had a little scare last week. The first week of the month Tait was having a dull pain in the lower part of his tummy, it ended up getting worse and worse and finally on September 8th when he went to the D-backs game he could barely make it back to the car. I was able to get him in to see a doctor last Monday morning and that was when he was diagnosed with a hernia, poor baby. He will need to have surgery, but is not yet scheduled. We will have more info this week.
